MBA Winner is a unique academic online consulting service which provides support, expertise and personal assistance to those who might experience difficulties with fulfilling the demands of their university courses. MBA Winner provides an advisory role where people who undertake the MBA course can find a consultant to advice and provided personalised specialised assistant. In addition to the above, MBA Winner provides a custom writing service where individuals can find help with the writing of their assignments.
2.1 Any request for our services needs to be sent via email to support@mbawinner.com. MBA Winner will acknowledge receipt from clients by responding to them via email. If we are able to provide the service you request we will provide you with the subsequent information which includes information how we can address your needs. The legal entity of this contract comes into effect from the point of the client’s enquiry for our service via email.
2.2 The binding contract between MBA Winner and you will come to an end when the specified academic service has been provided, and, the full cost of the service has been made in full. The contract between MBA Winner and its clients will be on these terms and conditions only.
2.3 Email is the primary mean of communication between MBA Winner and its clients. Clients are responsible for responding to emails sent by the tutor. If a client shows lack of communication with the tutors MBA Winner will not take responsibility for it.
2.4 MBA Winner may at any time at its sole discretion, modify the Terms and Conditions including the Privacy Policy, with or without notice. Such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.
2.5 You agree to review these Terms and Condition periodically and your continued use of this site following such modifications, will indicate your acceptance of these modified Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any modification of these Terms and Conditions of you must immediately stop using this site.
2.6 Whilst we endeavor to ensure that the information on this website is correct we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy nor do we commit to ensuring that the website remains available.
2.7 Any information, web images and content on the website is the sole property of MBA Winner.
2.8 These terms and conditions, together with our privacy policy, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of services to you by us. Nothing said by any person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of service offered to you by us.
3.1 You have the right to cancel your contract with us within seven working days from the date that the contract comes into effect. A full refund will be provided by MBA Winner from the date the contract came into effect. The refund will be made as soon as possible but it can also take up to 30 days at the latest.
3.2. To cancel your order you must notify us in writing. Cancellations by phone will not be accepted. You do not need to give us the reason for cancelling the contract with us.
3.3 In case where a client agrees that the service is provided before the cancellation period of the seven working days, then, the client will not be entitled to a refund. For example, in case where a client requires a customized essay within seven days, from the date of entering into an agreement with MBA Winner and the customized assignment is delivered to the client within that period, the client will not have the right to request the refund that has paid.
3.4. Any information provided by the MBA Winner and which may include specific academic advice after the cancellation of the contract, must not be disseminated under any form or to any person and under any circumstances as it is intended for the use of the recipient.
3.5. MBA Winner reserves the right to cancel the contract with its clients if MBA Winner is not able to provide the service required or the quality that it initially agreed.
4.1 MBA Winner is committed to providing the highest quality of service to clients
4.2 In cases where there is dispute about the nature of the advice provided by MBA Winner the client needs to accept that the advice, guidance and information is grounded on the MBA Winner’s academic knowledge and expertise.
4.3 If the client chooses not to follow or to accept the advisory service provided by MBA Winner then the tutors will not take responsibility for this decision.
4.4 The client’s assignment will be returned to the client in the time period that has been agreed with the tutor and which needs to exceed 24 hours.
4.5 MBA Winner reserves the right to refuse to undertake or terminate work when the clients’ requirements exceeds or fall beyond the tutors’ expertise and academic consulting service or preferences.
4.6 All assignments customised by our tutors will be free of plagiarism. If the client adds or removes information from the assignment we will not longer be responsible for its content.
4.7 It is the tutors’ responsibility to ensure that students have access to the right information and knowledge which is relevant to the client’s academic needs. It is the students’ responsibility to make appropriate use of the information and advice provided by the tutor.
4.8 The client must ensure consent by his/her tutor for disclosing any form of communication with him/her, to any other party.
4.9 MBA Winner reserves the right to ensure confidentiality or restrict the dissemination of personal information about its tutors to clients, under the Data Protection Act 1998.
4.10 It is the client’s responsibility to inform MBA Winner of any change of email address that might affect our communication with him/her. An email needs to be sent by the client to support@mbawinner.com
4.11 Tutors will have frequent communication with the client about the progress of the work in the course of the duration of the project. The client is responsible for responding to the tutors’ enquiries in an appropriate course of time.
5.1 Clients are able to make payment through bank transfer as well as through the Pay Pal online secured facility as well as over the phone.
5.2 Our treatment of payment is in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal details are treated securely and not shared to other parties MBA Winner provides the necessary highly strict procedures in order to secure that the making of payments does not jeopardize the clients’ privacy of information and personal details.
5.3 If MBA Winner promises to deliver but fails to submit the client’s assignment back to the client within the designated time agreed with, then, the client will be entitled to a full refund.
5.4 MBA Winner will only commence work on the contract after a deposit of 50% of the quoted project fee has been paid by the client. MBA Winner will require that the client completes the remaining payment on completion of the assignment.
5.5 The deposit paid to MBA Winner covers the prior work carried by the tutors, administrative expenses and the client’s communication with MBA Winner.
5.6 MBA Winner serves the right to charge additional costs to clients for work that is not specified by the client.
6.1 You will become the owner of the service you have requested when it has been delivered to you. Once the service has been delivered to you it will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for its loss or destruction. You will have full ownership of the copyrights of that work.
6.2 It is the clients’ responsibility to ensure that all the relevant materials are sent to the tutor prior to starting the work. MBA Winner will not accept responsibility if the student neglects to send any relevant information complimentary to the assignment and which may affect his/her future grade after the assignment is completed.
6.3 The assignment sent to the clients by us should not be shared to any other parties outside the sole use of its intended scope. MBA Winner is not responsible if the client chooses to disclose or share the information contained in it with other parties.
6.4 The clients are responsible for ensuring that their making use of our service their practices are in accordance with their institutions’ policies and procedures. Also that they are aware of the complications that such use of service might cause for them if used without proper care.
6.5 It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the assignment is submitted on time and that it complies with all the necessary and relevant university and course administration requirements. Tutors will not take responsibility if the information provided by the student is incorrect.
6.6 We shall have no liability to you for any failure to perform services you have ordered or any delay in doing so caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, technical failure, disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
